Tottenham are on the verge of signing Willian from Anzhi Makhachkala.
The 25-year old Brazilian playmaker is in London ahead of a medical with Spurs on Wednesday with the White Hart Lane outfit beating Liverpool to the punch.
Tottenham will pay £30million for Willian, breaking their club record of £26m which they paid for Roberto Soldado earlier this summer.
