Swansea City hat-trick hero Scott Sinclair has lauded manager Brendan Rodgers for helping get the club into the Premier League.
The former Chelsea striker scored a treble in the 4-2 Championship playoff win over Reading at Wembley this afternoon but he preferred to put the spotlight on Rodgers for the role he played in the promotion.
"I say all the credit goes to the manager," Sinclair told Sky Sports HD1.
"He's helped us out, he's put the hard work in training every day and he believes in the team. As a manager you want that.
"He's been exceptional.
"I'm just buzzing for the boys and the gaffer," he added.
"To be part of this team, for Wales to be in the Premier League is an honour, and it's going to go down in history."
