Sunderland boss Roy Keane says Chelsea midfielder Frank Lampard reminds him of himself in his pomp at Manchester United.

Keane has lauded the work ethic of Lampard before the Chelsea midfield player's team visit the Stadium of Light tomorrow.

"That's the type of player I was - I had to work hard," Keane said. "He's worked his socks off."
