He said: "If you do the trick but you've not got anything at the end of it then it's just a trick.
"So to be able to score makes you a top player. Aiden's been terrific this season and he's been helped by working a lot on his upper body strength.
"I've spoken to him and passed on a few things that might help a person of his stature.
"He's taken all of it on board and that's why we're seeing performances like the one he gave against Aberdeen."
