Stoke eyeing Brighton goalkeeper Tim Krul

Stoke City are eyeing Brighton goalkeeper Tim Krul.

The Argus says Albion, however, have not given up hope of hanging onto Krul, now a free agent after understudying Mathew Ryan last season and a target already for Fulham.

Stoke have also previously been linked with former Albion No.1 Tomasz Kuszczak, who played under new boss Gary Rowett at Birmingham.

At the Brit, Lee Grant is on his way to Manchester United as back-up.

Stoke's first choice Jack Butland, currently with England at the World Cup, is likely to move as well before the transfer deadline.
