Stoke City are chasing Olympiakos defender Vasilis Torosidis.
The Daily Mail says Stoke are preparing a move for Torosidis.
The Greece international, 26, has a buy-out clause of £6.3m but the country's cash crisis means fees can be negotiated.
Torosidis has been linked with Liverpool, Manchester City, Sunderland and Blackburn and can play in both full-back positions and midfield.
