Tottenham legend Glenn Hoddle is no fan of foreign owners in the Premier League.

Hoddle has blasted foreign owners for wrecking the chances of up-and-coming English coaches.

Speaking in London, Hoddle said: "People always talk about the foreign players but look at the foreign owners.

"They have the right, of course, if they are putting money in, to appoint who they want. But without a doubt there's a link between foreign owners - whether they are Russian, American or Arabic - and foreign managers."
