Sporting Lisbon insist no offer has been made to Arsenal for striker Nicklas Bendtner.
The Dane was reported to the subject of a £7 million bid from Sporting this week.
However, Sporting general director Carlos Freitas maintains there has been no formal offer for the Denmark striker.
Bendtner is expected to leave the Gunners this summer.
