Spartak Moscow winger Quincy Promes is a target for Southampton.

The Sunday Mirror says Southampton have set their sights on £8million-rated Spartak Moscow winger Promes.

The 22-year-old Dutch star has scored 11 goals in 32 matches this season in the Russian Premier League and is already known to Saints manager Ronald Koeman from his time at FC Twente, in Holland.

Promes' agent said: "Some clubs are interested, but, at the minute, we have received no definite offer."
