Aston Villa loanee Clement Lenglet has revealed that he is talking to other teams.

The Barcelona defender has not been able to nail down a regular place in the team this season.

Lenglet, who has been behind Pau Torres, Ezri Konsa and Diego Carlos in the pecking order, admits he could have left in January too.

"I arrived on the last day of the transfer market and I had an injury after a week which kept me out for ten," he told Gianluca Di Marzio.

"At the time, the team was playing well and so it was not the time for Unai Emery to change: I understand that and I accept it. Unfortunately, Pau Torres got injured and so it was my time to play.

“I wasn't playing regularly so I wanted to find a solution. My priority was to play and at that time it was not possible, so there were contacts with other clubs. Then I started playing and plans changed. But Serie A is a championship that I love."
