Atalanta attacker Alejandro Gomez is a step away from signing for Sevilla.

TMW says the two clubs are now in the final stretch of negotiations, with Gomez to join Sevilla permanently.

Sevilla chief Monchi is today dealing with Atalanta president Antonio Percassi over a fee for the Argentina international.

Personal terms are also close to being settled.

Sevilla are offering Gomez a deal to 2023 worth €3m-a-season.
