San Jose Earthquakes have confirmed that Rafael Baca has joined Cruz Azul.
The 24-year old Mexican-born midfielder returns to his homeland after spending the past two-and-a-half-years in Santa Clara.
Baca will officially join Cruz once the Liga MX side finalises terms with the Quakes, allowing the former Loyola Marymount ace to be part of the squad for the upcoming Clausura season with La Maquina which kicks off on January 4.
