Summer signing Diogo Dalot came through a full 90 for Manchester United's U23s against Reading.
But Marcos Rojo suffered an injury set-back as he limped out of the fixture. The Argentine was forced off in the 55th minute at Old Trafford when he was replaced by Regan Poole, before he hobbled straight down the tunnel with a disappointed look on his face.
Dalot, meanwhile, made his first appearance in the Premier League 2 fixture against Stoke two weeks previous and lasted the full 90 against Reading.
While Rojo might have suffered a set back in his recovery Dalot could not be in contention to travel with the first team squad to Young Boys in the week for United's first Champions League group game.
