Antonio Adan was delighted to see more action for Real Madrid last night.

The young goalkeeper kept a cleansheet in their Copa victory over Ponferradina.

Adan said: "We earned a good result and we're happy with our performance. It was important to earn another victory and build our confidence. The atmosphere here was incredible and we're grateful for it. We're happy with the people's support.

"We knew what to expect and we worked hard for a victory and played well. It was beautiful to win the Copa del Rey last season, but this is a new campaign and we players are motivated to win the three championships, but we have to take things slowly."
