QPR striker DJ Campbell was feeling extremely optimistic despite yesterday's 2-0 loss to Manchester United.
The R's were beaten by the reigning champions at Loftus Road in front of home fans and although they dropped to 15th on the table, Campbell was remaining positive in the wake of the defeat whilst heaping praise on United.
"And that's why they're the champions. They play with no fear and they enjoy it, which is what we all try to do. If we can be half as good as them, I'm sure we will stay up.""There's plenty of talk about them not being as good as they used to be, and that certain players are getting older. But you could see in this game how great they are," he told the club's official website.
Campbell was also confident that manager Neil Warnock would be given the tools to bring freshen up the squad in January.
"The Chairman recognises what a great Club this is, and where this Club can be. I am sure he will back the Manager and give him the funds to push forward again," he added.
