Crystal Palace boss Tony Pulis is ready to discuss next season's plans.
Having never suffered relegation in his managerial career and previously enjoying success in establishing Stoke City as a Premier League club, Pulis knows there is still a lot of work to do at Selhurst Park.
He told The Sun: "Now it's about sitting down with Steve and the board and talking about the way they see us going forward.
"I've done it at Stoke - we got promoted and improved year after year until they became an established Premier League club who should never be in danger of being relegated.
"But if you start patting yourself on the back in football someone will kick you up the backside.
"So it's very important we keep our feet on the ground."
