PREMIER LEAGUE: QPR stage dramatic late comeback to stun Liverpool

QPR boosted their Premiership survival hopes by climbing out of the relegation places with a 3-2 victory over Liverpool after being two goals down with 13 minutes remaining. QPR won only their second league game in 17 attempts with an incredible comeback at Loftus Road, overcoming a two goal deficit two score three late goals and condemn Liverpool to a fifth away defeat in six games.

Liverpool missed a host of chances in the first half but when they did score after the break they then collapsed to hand the points to the host's.

Sebastian Coates scored a spectacular volley to put the visitor's ahead then Dirk Kuyt doubled the Reds advantage to seemingly wrap the game up.

Shaun Derry gave QPR hope with header then Liverpool old boy Djibril Cisse levelled with four minutes remaining.

A Jose Enrique error left Jamie Mackie one-on-one with keeper Pepe Reina and he coolly slotted the winner to dent Liverpool's hopes of a European finish for next season.
