Pepe has hailed his captain Raul as the "flag of Real Madrid".
The Portugal international defender said: "The flag of Real Madrid is Raul. For me he is No1, the player who personifies the team. When you talk of Real Madrid the first name that people associate is the one of our captain."
Pepe added: "Everyone has welcomed me here. It's been easy to adapt with such a positive atmosphere in the dressing room."
