Christian Panucci is facing a climbdown over his strop at Roma. The veteran defender has declared he wants to leave Roma this week after being left out of the starting XI for Sunday's victory over Napoli.

But La Stampa says Juventus, Genoa and AC Milan have all ruled out moving for Panucci, which could leave the defender sitting out the final six months of his Roma deal.

In the meantime, Roma are fining Panucci £40,000 for his behaviour.
