Newcastle Jets marquee signing Fabio Vignaroli sees a future in coaching when his playing career is over.

The Italian playmaker this week signed with the Jets for a one-year deal worth $300,000 but is keen to teach the youth about values that existed when he was a young talent.

"I want to get involved in the coaching side of things to help develop or bring back those type of values that existed when I was a boy," the 33-year old said.

"My intention, along with other footballers who are still playing in the European competitions, is to form an organisation that effectively teaches football around the world, and certainly Newcastle is part of that project."
