Roberto Soldado has called for Gareth Bale to remain at Tottenham ahead of his move from Valencia.
The 28-year old Spanish striker is set to join Spurs for £26million and told reporters before boarding a flight to England that he would love to play alongside Real Madrid target Bale.
"I think everybody knows about Gareth Bale," said Soldado.
"He's a great player and that's why Tottenham are making it so difficult for him to leave. Of course, I hope that he stays with Spurs."
