Napoli president Aurelio de Laurentiis has hit out at local government over new stadium delays.
Before tonight's Champions League clash with Arsenal, De Laurentiis discussed how Serie A clubs could bridge the gap with the rest of Europe.
"Will the project continue whether we qualify or not? Absolutely yes. Absolutely yes. My real concern is that the politicians are again dragging their heels over this law on building stadiums and I do not understand why politicians have to be in control of sport when they don't understand it."
