Chelsea must go higher to land Montpellier striker Elye Wahi.

The Blues are targeting the 20 year-old centre-forward as an initial addition for new French partners Strasbourg.

Chelsea offered £25m for Wahi this week, which was immediately rejected by Montpellier.
