Chelsea face losing young prospect Jonathan Panzo.
The Daily Mail says Panzo is in talks over a move to Monaco.
The England Under 17 international has been recommended by Monaco technical director Michael Emenalo, who used to work for the Blues in the same role. Negotiations are at an advanced stage.
Panzo, who turns 18 in October, is an imposing yet skilful left-sided defender who was part of the England Under 17 World Cup winning squad and won the FA Youth Cup and Premier Academy League with Chelsea last season.
Monaco believe he will cost around £2.5million in compensation.
