Craig Dawson has slapped in a transfer request at Rochdale.
Rochdale centre half Dawson has asked for a transfer after the newly-promoted League One club rejected Middlesbrough £450,000 offer last month, says the Daily Mail.
The highly-rated 20-year-old expected a deal to be finalised but Rochdale want closer to £750,000 with add ons.
A compromise figure may now be reached with Boro for the former Manchester City trainee.
