Mario Lemina is pushing Southampton to let him stay with Galatasaray.

The midfielder has spent this season on-loan at Gala, with the deal carrying an €18m option.

Fanatik says Gala are now finding the asking price too rich and would prefer to negotiate a new valuation. However for the moment, Saints are refusing to budge.

Lemina has now sought to intervene and informed Saints he only wants to remain in Istanbul.

With a contract to 2022, Southampton may be forced to return to the negotiating table with Gala to find a compromise.
