Manchester United fullback Rafael da Silva feel he's improved his game this season.

Rafael has started silencing some of his doubters with his performances this season.

And he admits knowing when to make a forward run or dive into a challenge is the difference.

He said: "I'm making more correct decisions. That comes from experience and playing regularly.

"Everybody still thinks of me as this teenage boy who's only just arrived at the club. But I'm 22 and a father now - I'm not a kid any more."
