Manchester United have reportedly made enquiries about AS Roma's Kostas Manolas.
The Daily Mail reports that United have made initial queries regarding the Greek defender who is also a target for Premier League rivals Chelsea.
It is understood that United executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward will have to wait until incoming manager Jose Mourinho is officially appointed before talking over the Portuguese tactician's transfer wish-list, but Manolas is believed to be a definite target.
The 24-year-old centre-half is reported to be valued at £30million.
