Man City won't consider Pellegrini sacking

Manchester City will stand by manager Manuel Pellegrini, even if he finishes the season with the Premier League title.

The Daily Mail says there is no appetite whatsoever to sack Pellegrini, even if he loses all five games remaining this season. In City's eyes, he remains the man to take them forward.

City will back him again in the transfer market, although the constraints of Financial Fair Play are bound to have a bearing.
