Adam Johnson is set to undergo a medical with Sunderland as his move from Manchester City looms near.
The 25-year old winger is on the verge of completing a £15million move to the Stadium of Light with the Black Cats to pay £10m up front with an expected £5m in add-ons.
Reports suggest that Johnson will have the medical this afternoon and could even sign as early as tomorrow, however, he will not be available for the Black Cats' home meeting with Reading.
