Manchester City players are unhappy with the perceived favouritism shown by manager Roberto Mancini towards Mario Balotelli.
This time, the mega-rich flops have hit out over what they believe is preferential treatment for Balotelli, who arrived at Eastlands from Inter Milan for £23million in August..
A source told The Sun: "Balotelli gets away with murder. He's like Mancini's blue-eyed boy because he used to play for him at Inter.".
The day after City's 0-0 draw against Manchester United this month, Mancini got into an altercation with a group of players including Emmanuel Adebayor, Joleon Lescott, Shaun Wright-Phillips and Wayne Bridge..
Mancini claimed some of his squad were being unprofessional and not knuckling down hard enough..
But the players stood their ground, while pointing out Balotelli - who is still banned - had left the training pitch early without Mancini batting an eyelid..
Balotelli, 20, was spotted having dinner with AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani during the week..
He then cast fresh doubt over his City future, saying: "The likelihood is I will be at City up to June."
