Manchester City are ready to give Chelsea a free run at Real Madrid midfielder Isco.

The Daily Mail says Chelsea will need to replace Eden Hazard if he ends up at Real Madrid.

City are not interested in paying for him so Chelsea might have a free run if the player fancies England. A lot will depend on who takes over at Chelsea.

Isco thrives in two scenarios – one where there is a team of like-minded players playing his style of football, and two where he is the central focus of the team, the No 10 around which everything revolves.

That rules-out many suitors and it's why he is not thriving at Real Madrid.
