Anderlecht striker Matias Suarez could miss out on a move to England this summer because of UK work permit problems.

Arsenal, Manchester United and Liverpool are all keen on the Argentine.

But agent and former Liverpool striker Ronny Rosenthal warned: "I think the chance is small that Suarez will get a work permit. Exceptions are granted only for young talents from eighteen to twenty years, but Suarez in May will be 24.

"Either he must urgently play some internationals, or he will have to focus more on other leagues."
