Liverpool hero Gary Gillespie is convinced Fernando Torres and Pepe Reina will stay with the club.
There has been widespread speculation in recent weeks that the pair would quit Merseyside, with Chelsea, Manchester City, Real Madrid and Barcelona all keen on Torres, and Manchester United said to be lining up a January move for Reina.
But Gillespie told talkSPORT: "Everyone at the club wants to see Reina and Torres stay, and I'm pretty convinced they will.
"There's speculation all the time and, if you're not playing Champions League football, you'll always get this hype that the top players want away.
"But from my understanding both players are happy with their lifestyles off the pitch and I can't see them moving in the near future. It would be a massive boost for Roy Hodgson if they do stay."
