The race for Atalanta winger Ezequiel Schelotto is heating up.

The Argentine-born Italy U21 international has attracted enquiries from Liverpool, where manager Kenny Dalglish is a fan.

However, those close to the Schelotto camp say his future lies in Serie A, particularly with Juventus and Inter Milan making their interest known in recent days.

The youngster's minders believe this summer is the right time for a big club move and while he favours Inter, much may depend on their Champions League tilt being successful.
