Liverpool are determined to find buyers for their high earning fringe players this summer.
The Guardian says Liverpool want to sell a number of the players only signed 12 months ago on fat contracts.
Joe Cole and Milan Jovanovic, who both arrived at Anfield on Bosman transfers last summer, receive £100,000 and £120,000 a week respectively, although the Serb's wages include a signing-on fee for the first 12 months of his contract, whilst £11.5 million was also spent on transfer fees for Paul Konchesky, Christian Poulsen and Brad Jones.
All five players are being made available this summer.
