Lecce president Giovanni Semeraro admits they must defeat Napoli this weekend to stand any chance of beating the drop.

"The Napoli clash on Sunday is decisive for us and we will have to play with guts and determination," Semeraro told Radio Marte Sport Live.

"We cannot afford to lose. We know that Napoli won't want to play as badly as they did against Siena, but we just need to give our all. I'm sure that it will be a really good game."

Roberto Donadoni will be on the Napoli bench and Semeraro has great respect for his adversary.

"I rate Donadoni highly," he said. "Before he took the Azzurri job he was close to coming to Lecce. We spoke and nearly agreed a deal."
