Lazio president Claudio Lotito has hinted he's ready to sell striker Tommaso Rocchi as new contract talks drag on.

Lotito said: "As far as Rocchi, I do not see any great complications. He is a player of Lazio until 2009 and also nobody is indispensable, because what counts is the collective.

"However, I must insist that the club has interest in extending our relationship with an athlete who we think is important."

On Angelo Peruzzi's situation, Lotito added: "There are no problems. He has asked for a managerial role and there is plenty of time to discuss it."
