Klopp unfazed by Liverpool's wastefulness in front of goal

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp isn't fazed by his side's lack of finishing in their 2-2 draw with Sevilla on Wednesday night.

The Reds had 24 total shots - 7 on target - but were only able to score through Roberto Firmino and Mohamad Salah.

But the German believes there are positives from the fact that the chance were created.

"If we shoot that often and don't score then probably it is a problem, but I don't think it will be like this," said Klopp. "In a game like this, usually you score more often than we did tonight, so nobody should rely on this that we try that often and don't score.

"The most important thing in football is creating chances and we did that in different situations. I know a lot of people will say it was counter-attack and yes, a few chances we had were after counter-attacks.

"Could we have scored? Yes, but we didn't. We know we have to improve on this, but it's not an illness that you can change it. We will work on this like we work on other parts of our game, for sure."
