Juventus skipper Alessandro del Piero has rejected an approach from Blackburn Rovers.
The Daily Star says under-fire Rovers boss Steve Kean was ready to offer Del Piero, 37, a short-term deal.
But his agent Enzo Bronzetti said: "For Spain and England it just won't happen.
"I know there was an approach (from Rovers), but he is going for America."
