Juventus goalkeeper Gigi Buffon has likened Genoa midfielder Rafaelle Palladino to Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo.

He said of his former Juve teammate: "Palladino is like Cristiano Ronaldo. With Palladino I've always had a great relationship and I feel he's a very strong player.

"Last season he had a remarkable game against us and obviously I hope will not happen again."
