Inter Milan boss Roberto Mancini is pursuing Olympique Lyon midfielder Maxime Gonalons.

Mancini is eager to strengthen his midfield this summer and Gonalons has been recommended by Inter directors.

The Lyon captain has been a long-term target for Inter.

TMW says Mancini has welcomed the option and Inter will make an attempt for the midfielder in the coming days.

Gonalons renewed his contact with OL to 2018 in November.
