Inter Milan coach Jose Mourinho has made the signing of Napoli midfielder Marek Hamsik a top priority. Mourinho rates Hamsik as the best youngster in Italy and wants to build his future midfield around the Slovakia international.

Napoli insist Hamsik is not for sale, but Milan sources say Mourinho is willing to offer Esteban Cambiasso and Julio Cruz to tempt them into parting with the midfielder.
