Injury sidelines Arsenal's Sagna

Arsenal defender Bacary Sagna could be out for up to a few weeks with an ankle injury.

Sagna injured his ankle in the Gunners 2-0 loss to Aston Villa on Saturday and boss Arsene Wenger revealed the extent of the injury on the club's official website.

"Yes, it is serious. He will be out for a few weeks, he has an injured ankle," Wenger said.

The 25-year old is expected to miss France's international friendly against Uruguay along with Premiership matches with the Gunners.

Early December is being touted as a possible return date
