Porto striker Hulk has invited Chelsea to bid for him.
The 24-year-old only signed a five-year contract extension in May to mean that Roman Abramovich would have to pay a world-record fee to secure the forward.
"I have signed for five years at Porto and my desire is to see out the deal," Hulk told local reporters.
"I believe that it is not easy to pay my release clause. But if any club is able, it is Chelsea. If Abramovich arrives with the money, this is positive for the club (Porto).
"But I insist that my head is with Porto."
