Hearts are prepared to sell winger Andy Driver.
The Scottish Sun says Burnley are preparing a third offer for Jambos winger Driver.
Hearts have thrown out a £2.5m offer with add-ons, which could have taken the fee to £4m, with club chiefs determined to hold out for £3.5m up front.
Chelsea are also in loan talks for Driver, while Wigan Athletic and West Ham United are keen.
