Hannover captain Cherundolo talks up MLS move prospects

Hannover 96 captain Steve Cherundolo has declared he wants to play in MLS.

The USA international defender believes the next wave of American soccer players should be allowed to move to Europe to make room for returning veterans.

"I do want to play a year or two in the MLS," the Californian told Reuters.

Cherundolo has been with Hannover since 1999 and played in 252 German top flight matches.
