Man City midfielder Ilkay Gundogan has issued a rallying cry ahead of their trip to Chelsea on Saturday.
The Citizens currently sit at the top of the league, but the game at the home of current champions would arguably be their biggest test yet this season.
The German midfielder said: "If you ask the manager, there is always something to improve on.
"But we know that we are a great team, we have great players and it's just up to us to prove that.
"There are a lot of games and obviously Saturday is a huge game. It's also about character, about going to Stamford Bridge against the champions to play our game.
"We're going to prove that we are ready for that and hopefully it will be a great game for us.
"It's a huge game and it's away so it's even more difficult - but we feel ready."
