Getafe president Angel Torres has made his plans for Mason Greenwood clear.

Torres admits he wants to keep the on-loan Manchester United striker beyond this season.

He said, "We are happy.

"There were people who didn't even believe he would come and instead he is here and since then we have continued to work with Manchester United.

"They are happy with the treatment our public gave him and in general with his performance in Spain. We must continue to defend him: he hadn't played for 16 months and in January or February he will have fully got into the rhythm. He will bring us a lot.

"We are evaluating every possibility, including purchasing, but it is still early; we have a percentage, we should pay the rest."
