FIFA are set to block Rangers striker Daniel Cousin's move to Fulham.
The People says the game's rulers are to stand by their hard-line that the Gabon striker cannot play for three clubs in a season and his £3million move from Rangers is to be blocked after he appeared for French side Lens at the start of the campaign.
